CampingCampingCamping is at the heart of the Scout program. One of the 8 methods of scouting is outdoors program to include Camping. Troops which have an active outdoor/camping program, have higher retention rates, and happier scouts than units that do not. Lets do all we can to incorporate camping into our programs.
